Graduated from CCMH Windsor, 1999. Since graduating I have worked in Multidisciplinary Clinics, continuing to grow my knowledge base as often as I can to best serve my clients.

After years of prenatal practice in Massage I became a Certified Birth Doula. This training allows me to anticipate the needs of Prenatal clients as well as offer labor support, education & emotional support through this very important time of their lives.
I also enjoy volunteering in the community at various events such as the Tecumseh Run from Cancer, Tecumseh Triathlon, Amherstburg Marathon etc. My goal is to work together to educate & empower.

I graduated from CCHST in 2021 where I fell in love with Massage Therapy and the benefits it has to offer. With a background in Healthcare, the wellness of my clients has always been my number one priority. I love learning new techniques and expanding my knowledge of how to help my clients. I offer prenatal, infant, relaxation, cupping, deep tissue, trigger point and sports massage. In my spare time, I enjoy camping, crafting and spending time with my family.
